About the role
Decskill is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong French (B2) and English skills to lead a hybrid IT project in Porto. You will act as the primary liaison between development and production teams, ensuring smooth delivery of complex technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, execute and monitor end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and multi‑stakeholder teams to meet timelines.
- Drive CI/CD processes, focusing on reliability and automation.
- Manage risks, issues and project performance, guaranteeing quality outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum 9 + years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex environments.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
