IT Project Manager – Agile Delivery

About the role

As an IT Project Manager at Bosch Group in Braga, you will lead the delivery of technology solutions that support our customers’ experience, mobility and monitoring services. You will work in an agile environment, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the expected benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and specify business requirements, including UX considerations from a purchasing perspective.
• Develop and track an agile implementation plan, managing the product backlog in Jira.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring documentation, testing criteria and user acceptance are defined.
• Coordinate stakeholders, developers, data experts and leadership, acting as the main communication hub.
• Define rollout, training and adoption strategies, and communicate roadmap milestones.

Required profile

• University degree in technical, industrial engineering, IT or related field.
• More than three years of experience in agile environments, product or IT project management.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage projects without direct authority.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
