Cybersecurity Analyst – External Attack Surface & Vulnerability Management

About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our international team, focusing on external attack surface management, vulnerability management and security risk monitoring. The role will support the identification, assessment and remediation of security risks across internet‑exposed assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability scans on internet‑exposed assets using commercial tools.
• Analyze, assess and report cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Support remediation tracking and define action plans with technical teams.
• Investigate false positives and assist in vulnerability risk assessment.
• Monitor external security posture and security ratings.
• Produce vulnerability dashboards, metrics and executive reports.
• Collaborate with solution providers and manage support tickets for cybersecurity platforms.
• Administer vulnerability scanning and security monitoring platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evaluation of cybersecurity solutions and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks, IT infrastructure and vulnerability management processes.
• Experience working in enterprise or international environments (preferred).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nessus or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with security rating and external attack surface management solutions (e.g., Bitsight).
• Knowledge of offensive security concepts, penetration‑testing methodologies and common attack techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL and/or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
