Business Analyst (Hybrid) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and translated into functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify and document requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Write user stories with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Develop and operationalise test acceptance criteria and conduct functional acceptance testing.
• Validate deliverables and ensure they meet the defined requirements.
• Maintain functional documentation and oversee the evolution of applications.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements management and Agile methodologies.
• Good level of English.
