Turkish‑Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

Join a world‑leading social media and technology brand as a Turkish‑speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon. You will support small and medium‑sized businesses, helping them grow their online presence through social commerce and advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel customer care via chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoot ad performance issues, billing disputes, account settings, and technical glitches.
• Coach merchants on platform tools so they can manage campaigns independently.
• Identify recurring software bugs or feedback trends and forward them to product engineering.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs in the CRM system while complying with data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Turkish; B2+ English for internal tools and communications.
• Current residence in Portugal with full legal entitlement to work on‑site in Lisbon.
• Strong computer literacy, able to navigate multiple browser tabs, CRM tools, and chat software simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work rotational shift schedules, including possible weekend shifts.
