Multilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic multilingual professionals to join our customer service teams across several European locations. You will act as the front‑line representative for international brands, delivering high‑quality support to customers in a variety of languages.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate solutions and a positive experience.
• Identify customer needs and aim for first‑contact resolution whenever possible.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the internal system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, services, and procedures to ensure correct information is shared.
• Contribute to a supportive, team‑oriented work environment.

Required profile

• Fluent (C1 or native) in one of the listed languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Danish, Russian, Turkish, Lithuanian, English, Czech, Norwegian, or Hebrew.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Willingness to work in shifts when required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
