About the role

We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our international support team. In this position you will assist customers across various channels, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fluency in one European language (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and support systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or support is an advantage.
