Core Agent – Telecommunications

About the role

The Core Agent provides front‑line telephone support for guests and staff at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. Working in a luxury hospitality environment, the agent ensures every call is handled courteously, efficiently, and in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route guest phone inquiries using guest names and appropriate extensions.
• Create and manage restaurant, spa, and other hotel reservations.
• Process pages, radio requests, and faxes while maintaining accurate records.
• Resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Operate and monitor the hotel telephone system, property management system, paging and radio systems, high‑speed Internet, and facsimile machines.
• Monitor fire control panels and respond to emergency or safety situations promptly.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen via the POS system and coordinate timely room‑service delivery.
