About the role
As a Team Manager you will lead a retail team in delivering exceptional client experiences and exceeding sales targets. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will uphold Prada’s values and the Client Promise while fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and coach team members, conducting regular performance conversations with the Store Manager/Director.
- Set and monitor KPI targets, develop individual performance plans and drive over‑achievement of sales goals.
- Deliver comprehensive client‑centric training covering client journey, storytelling, product knowledge and clienteling.
- Participate in talent acquisition, onboarding new advisors and supporting their development.
- Maintain an optimized sales floor, ensuring visible presence and effective merchandising.
- Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives, including data collection, outreach, private appointments and client retention.
- Identify and engage prospective clients to expand the store’s client base.
- Oversee after‑sales service and product care, ensuring longevity and quality of items.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail team leadership with a focus on sales performance.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities, able to inspire and develop talent.
- Commitment to delivering a superior client experience and upholding brand standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and cross‑functional teams.
