About the role
Emotion Mobility is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for Tier II/III B2B customers using its Rentway SaaS platform. You will nurture relationships, understand client challenges, and help drive revenue growth through upselling and product feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, scheduling regular meetings and providing a 360º view of the relationship.
- Gather client business strategy information to align the product portfolio and feed insights to the product team.
- Manage customer requests, coordinate with product teams, and track issue resolution in the CRM.
- Develop and execute targeted upselling and cross‑selling campaigns based on usage patterns and client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract renewals to secure additional revenue.
- Promote new SaaS features and coordinate seamless implementation of upgrades.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account‑management or sales role with B2B clients.
- Previous experience in a technology or SaaS environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
