Senior Recruiter – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter to join SIXT’s Lisbon team. In this position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of non‑technical roles, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑tech positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and guide candidates through each step.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track and analyse recruiting KPIs to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide regular updates on candidate progress.

Required profile

• Completed university degree and proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various business roles and ability to differentiate specialised skill sets.
• Demonstrated stakeholder‑management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience recruiting both high‑volume and specialised positions.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working in an international, English‑speaking setting.
