Senior Manager, Strategic Change, Workplace and Employee Communications

About the role

You will join the global People & Culture Communications team to shape the story of CCEP as a great place to work. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, turning complex people priorities into clear, engaging communications for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted communications partner to leaders, providing strategic guidance and delivery support.
• Own high‑impact employee communications end‑to‑end, from objectives and planning to content creation, campaign launch and impact measurement.
• Translate strategic briefs into modern, visually engaging communications aligned with the Employee Value Proposition and company narrative.
• Create and curate content across channels with a strong focus on design and storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
• Deliver business‑as‑usual communications while continuously seeking ways to improve audience engagement.
• Collaborate with agency partners and the global communications community to develop and localise content.
• Measure effectiveness, capture learnings and apply insights to enhance future communications.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in internal or employee communications, working closely with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to shape communications strategy and execute end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Creative, curious and modern approach with a strong visual eye and high standards for quality.
• Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills across cultures, countries and disciplines.
• Comfortable challenging constructively, simplifying complexity and influencing with credibility.
