About the role
We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter to support recruitment across the EMEA region for a leading hospitality technology partner. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and exposure to broader HR initiatives within a multinational software environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end international recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
- Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates via job boards, company website, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and manage offer preparation and negotiation support.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and produce regular reports.
- Support onboarding activities, coordinate documentation and act as a point of contact for new hires.
- Assist HR team with administrative tasks, benefits queries and data management.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in international recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools).
