Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a motivated Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end testing across front‑end, back‑end and integrated user journeys based on defined test scenarios.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected behaviours, usability issues and integration failures.
• Translate business requirements into clear, effective test cases in partnership with Product Owners and technical teams.
• Report defects with complete evidence, detailed reproduction steps and follow through to resolution.
• Collaborate with QA Automation Engineers to pinpoint manual flows suitable for future automation.

Required profile

• Initial professional experience, internship or academic projects in software testing or quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and testing types (functional, regression, exploratory, E2E).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to follow structured test cases and spot hidden risks.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git or similar tracking and collaboration tools.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.
