Senior Mobile Developer - Ventures

About the role

ADP Ventures is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to create new, high‑impact products from scratch. You will work on native‑quality Android and iOS applications, primarily using Flutter, while shaping product direction and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Maintain a high quality bar through trunk‑based development, CI/CD pipelines, and thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with backend teams (Node.js + TypeScript) and contribute to full‑stack solutions.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, product, and design teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong mobile focus.
• Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, platform APIs, performance tuning, and store publishing.
• Experience building products from 0 → 1 and thriving in ambiguous roadmaps.
• Passion for helping teammates grow through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Required skills

• Android, iOS development (Kotlin, Swift optional).
• Flutter (strong plus) or React Native.
• Node.js and TypeScript.
• Git, CI/CD, AWS (preferred).
• SQL and relational data modeling.
• AI‑assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
