Agile Master (f/m/div.)

About the role

As an Agile Master you will be pivotal in implementing and scaling agile frameworks across teams, helping Bosch Aveiro achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will foster collaboration, coach teams and leaders, and ensure smooth delivery of projects at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives to boost team efficiency.
• Coach teams and leadership on agile principles, encouraging an adaptable mindset.
• Guide the adoption and scaling of frameworks like LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Kanban, or other suitable approaches.
• Align strategy with execution by working closely with product owners, stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing agile frameworks and scaling them across multiple teams.
• Strong ability to mentor and coach both technical and non‑technical staff.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
