IT Services Buyer (French Speaker)

About the role

BNP Paribas is looking for an IT Services Buyer who will act on behalf of internal clients to purchase information technology services. The role requires strict adherence to regulatory standards, BNP Paribas procurement policies, and the execution of category‑sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings.

Key responsibilities

• Support BNP Paribas entities with their purchasing requests, ensuring high client satisfaction regarding quality, cost, and processing time.
• Coordinate Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, evaluate supplier offers, and select the best solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with providers to meet savings targets.
• Prepare and review application contracts, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, internal standards, and framework agreements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or Law.
• At least one year of experience in procurement‑related activities.
• Knowledge of IT regulations and contract requirements is desirable.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
