About the role
Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries. This role focuses on delivering a consistent, high‑quality employee experience while supporting French‑speaking staff and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line HR support on a wide range of topics with a people‑first approach.
- Own the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support international HR operations, including mobility processes and day‑to‑day administration.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and HR projects.
Required profile
- Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact empathetically with stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, structured mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable and solution‑driven attitude in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Required skills
- Workday (experience is a plus).
- ServiceNow (experience is a plus).
