About the role
Join Siemens Healthineers' EMEA HR Operations team as an HR Operations Partner. You will help drive projects and initiatives that support the company's mission to fight the world’s most threatening diseases and expand access to care.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate EMEA‑wide HR Operations projects, defining and continuously improving standard processes.
- Represent EMEA insights in global projects and ensure knowledge sharing across the service delivery organization.
- Act as the primary vendor management contact for EMEA, overseeing relationships with external strategic providers.
- Collaborate with the Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands, and change requests.
- Partner with the Global HR Operations team and engage key stakeholders across the organization.
Required profile
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, HR management or a comparable field.
- 4‑5+ years of service‑center experience, preferably in HR or related areas.
- Strong project‑management, change‑management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Fluent English and a learning mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Required skills
- Experience with HR service platforms such as ServiceNow and/or Workday.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of shared‑services best practices and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
