French‑Speaking Customer Representative – Remote

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative working remotely from Portugal. You will support suppliers, manage invoice queries and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices within the internal system.
• Clarify invoice doubts and provide guidance to suppliers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with suppliers.
• Assess situations that require escalation and coordinate accordingly.
• Connect suppliers with the client when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) and good English (B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
