French Customer Agent – Fixed Shifts

About the role

Join a friendly, supportive team in Braga as a French Customer Agent. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat while delivering professional and empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous support through phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues, answer questions and process account‑related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet performance targets, quality standards and response‑time goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
