About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative working remotely from Portugal. You will support suppliers, manage invoice queries and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage supplier invoices within the internal system.
Clarify invoice doubts and provide guidance to suppliers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with suppliers.
Assess situations that require escalation and coordinate accordingly.
Connect suppliers with the client when necessary.

Required profile

Fluent French (C2 level) and good English (B2 level).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Self‑motivated, responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
