French‑Speaking Customer Representative – Remote

About the role
Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative working remotely from Portugal. You will support suppliers, manage invoice queries and ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier invoices within the internal system.
- Clarify invoice doubts and provide guidance to suppliers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with suppliers.
- Assess situations that require escalation and coordinate accordingly.
- Connect suppliers with the client when necessary.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C2 level) and good English (B2 level).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
