French Sales & Retention Specialist – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Sales & Retention Specialist to join our global digital brand. The position is fully remote within Portugal and focuses on turning customer interactions into long‑term loyalty and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply retention strategies to preserve customer loyalty.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and convert negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that increases engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
