About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French and English Customer Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing sales team. The role is fully remote within Portugal and focuses on turning customer interactions into long‑term loyalty and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply targeted retention strategies.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and convert negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that boosts engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention, or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
