French-English Sales & Retention Specialist – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Sales & Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing team supporting a global digital brand. This fully remote position (Portugal) focuses on driving customer loyalty, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a sales and retention mindset.
• Identify churn risks and apply targeted retention strategies.
• Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
• Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
• Deliver a premium customer journey that boosts engagement and revenue.
• Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.
