About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Sales & Retention Specialist to join our high‑performing team supporting a global digital brand. This fully remote position (Portugal) focuses on driving customer loyalty, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value.
Key responsibilities
- Engage French‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a sales and retention mindset.
- Identify churn risks and apply targeted retention strategies.
- Promote platform features and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
- Handle objections and turn negative experiences into commercial opportunities.
- Deliver a premium customer journey that boosts engagement and revenue.
- Capture insights and feedback to continuously improve retention tactics.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
- Experience in customer service, retention, or sales is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on results and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, digital environment.

- Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
