About the role
Revolut is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its new Product Partnerships team covering Spain and Portugal. You will help launch and scale the features that businesses rely on daily, driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with global partners to unlock new revenue streams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high‑impact engagements with key external stakeholders worldwide, supporting critical business lines.
- Own and act as the primary internal and external point of contact for partnership relationships.
- Develop and differentiate Revolut’s product offering, creating new products and features that boost profitability and customer engagement.
- Work closely with product teams across the business to improve engagement and drive hyper‑growth.
- Negotiate agreements with partners to deliver Revolut features to customers globally.
- Analyse problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate development, consulting, fintech platforms, or fast‑paced startups.
- Proven track record in partnerships, business development, or relationship management as an analyst/associate.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver B2B services through third‑party collaborations.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills across senior levels.
- Strategic mindset for partner selection, project prioritisation, and long‑term value creation.
- Highly driven, collaborative, results‑oriented, and capable of closing deals effectively.
