Customer Support Specialist, French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist who will assist French‑speaking customers with technical and accounting queries. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, ticket system and live chat, as well as presenting our software solutions through online demos.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to existing customers in French and English over phone and email.
• Respond to tickets and live‑chat requests, resolving technical and billing issues.
• Prepare tailored offers for prospective customers and conduct online product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure a best‑in‑class experience.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or comparable commercial/technical education.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with customer‑facing roles or sales, such as internships.
• Strong multitasking ability, resilience under pressure and a proactive learning attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Familiarity with macOS.
