French Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our team in Lisbon. You will represent a global payment solutions provider, assisting businesses and individuals with digital transactions and ensuring a smooth, secure financial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat, handling payment queries, account issues and technical troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve transaction problems, billing errors and security concerns.
• Follow data‑privacy and fraud‑prevention procedures to keep transactions safe.
• Act as liaison between users and the technical team, conveying feedback to improve the platform.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Required profile

• Fluent/native French speaker with at least B2 level English.
• Resides in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• Positive attitude, helpful mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using several digital tools simultaneously.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital communication tools (phone, email, live chat platforms).

What we offer

• Base salary €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
• Attendance bonus of €65 per month.
• Meal allowance €7.63 per work day (tax‑free).
• Career progression to Team Lead, Quality Analyst or Trainer.
