French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Global e‑Commerce

About the role

Join a leading global technology and services company as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. You will support buyers, sellers and creators across various social media channels, ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve order, logistics and platform‑related issues reported by users.
• Review cases within agreed turnaround times and maintain quality standards.
• Escalate complex matters according to the client’s Master Services Agreement.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics throughout the case journey.
• Maintain adherence to service‑level agreements and drive productivity.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce processes.
• Experience in a call‑center environment (voice and non‑voice).
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
