About the role
Glovo is seeking a motivated Account Manager Support trainee for a 6‑month full‑time internship in Lisbon. You will work closely with the Account Manager team, handling daily operational tasks and helping to improve partner experiences on a fast‑growing on‑demand platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager team with daily operational activities.
- Gather partner insights to enhance customer and partner experiences.
- Identify and propose tech feature improvements to boost partner UX.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners through scalable tools and initiatives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Define and document scalable processes to enable partner self‑service.
- Review and suggest partner communications to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues in a supportive environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales.
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (preferred).
- Problem‑solver with a data‑driven, analytical mindset.
- Proactive, organized and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic, inclusive attitude.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
