Wellness Concierge – Luxury Spa & Wellness Services

About the role

We are seeking a personable Wellness Concierge to join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club team in Comporta, Portugal. In this position you will be the first point of contact for members, guiding them through spa and wellness experiences while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, escort them to wellness areas, and manage their overall wellness journey.
• Handle daily reception duties including bookings, confirmations, schedule management, calls, emails, and member profile updates.
• Process member requests, record feedback, and support service recovery when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑prepared wellness and reception spaces.
• Prepare member charges, daily reports, and assist with lost‑and‑found or incident reporting.
• Promote and upsell wellness programs, fitness classes, and spa services to support sales.
• Assist with stock control, purchasing, and daily communication logs.
• Collaborate with team members, attend required meetings/training, and contribute to smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury spas, wellness centers, or health clubs.
• Strong communication, customer‑service, and organizational abilities.
• Professional, proactive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Fluent English with high standards of grooming and ethics.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using wellness reservation systems.
