Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Guest Experience Specialist to turn travelers’ ideas into personalized journeys. Based in Portugal, you will work from home, consulting with clients to design and manage their trips from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture travel goals, preferences, budgets and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, transportation and other services to craft tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage all bookings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide attentive support before, during and after travel, handling inquiries, changes and unexpected issues.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions and industry developments.
• Promote services and generate new business through social media, networking and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and enthusiasm for travel.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Sales‑mindset with interest in building client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital communication tools and online platforms.
• Comfort using social media for client engagement and business development.
