Allrounder for Eco‑Retreat in Algarve

About the role

Join Habitat Algarve, an off‑grid eco‑retreat in Portugal, as an Allrounder. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a warm, relaxed atmosphere while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide personal farewells, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hosts and the Guest Relation Manager to coordinate guest experiences.
• Assist with meal preparation, serve food and drinks during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and sanitary facilities.
• Organise evening activities in partnership with the team.
• Care for the retreat’s garden plants and help feed the chickens.

Required profile

• Available until the end of October 2026.
• Fluent in English.
• Team‑spirit, passion for hospitality and a positive, open demeanor.
• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• First experience in gastronomy, yoga/surfing or sustainable living is a plus.
• Willingness to live and work in a natural setting.
