Wellness Attendant – Spa & Gym Support

About the role

Join the exclusive Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal, as a Wellness Attendant. You will ensure the spa, gym, salon and treatment rooms are clean, organized and welcoming, providing a seamless experience for our private‑member community.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the gym, salon and treatment rooms each day.
• Keep all wellness and public areas clean, organized and up to quality standards.
• Greet members warmly, offering prompt and courteous assistance.
• Support the wellness team in delivering services smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor stock levels, request supplies and maintain equipment safety.
• Report lost‑and‑found items and assist with guest incident reporting.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Update daily communication logs and attend required training or meetings.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a spa, wellness centre or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization and guest care.
• Professional attitude, teamwork mindset and good communication skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to adhere to standards, maintain high grooming levels and work in a multicultural environment.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
