Telemarketing Agent (Hindi & English Mandatory)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Agent who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our growing team in Porto. In this full‑time, daytime position you will engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, promote our services, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to provide support, assistance, and information.
• Promote company products, services, campaigns, and special offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle enquiries professionally and efficiently, including account and payment questions.
• Accurately update customer data in the CRM system and record all interactions.
• Gather feedback and report insights to management.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and prepare activity reports.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
