About the role

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will join Allied Universal’s pharmaceutical security team, providing pre‑hospital emergency care to clients across various industries. You will protect and serve customers by delivering medical assistance, coordinating transport, and ensuring safety on site.

Key responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency medical care to sick or injured individuals and coordinate their transport to medical facilities.
• Respond to emergency calls from dispatchers, following established emergency response procedures.
• Provide customer service by applying site‑specific safety policies and emergency protocols.
• Determine the nature and severity of illnesses or injuries and prioritize appropriate care.
• Document all medical incidents, accidents, and emergencies in a Daily Activity Log and complete Incident Reports for each response.
• Request additional assistance, including specialized rescue services and utility support, when required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within client facilities and surrounding perimeters, adapting to varied work environments.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 for unarmed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least five years of verifiable experience.
• State‑certified EMT license (Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic) and current CPR certification for Health Care Providers or Professional Rescuers.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and controlled‑substance testing in compliance with applicable laws.
