Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to strengthen its IT recruitment capabilities. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to design and execute sourcing strategies that attract high‑quality passive candidates across the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted talent mapping and market research to understand talent landscapes, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, professional networking, and social‑media engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Nurture passive candidates through personalized communication and relationship building.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define talent requirements and tailor sourcing approaches.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing insights with the recruitment team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition within IT.
• Proven ability to leverage market insights to drive sourcing strategy.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly for prompting and data checking.
