About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Recruiter Specialist to join our Lisbon office. In this role you will act as the bridge between top IT talent and exciting opportunities within our growing company, helping to shape our future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage high‑quality IT candidates.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between talent and internal opportunities.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by delivering effective recruitment solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Results‑oriented, ambitious and committed to making a difference.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
