Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We Are META is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for tech positions. Working fully remote from Portugal, you will build and nurture a pipeline of high‑quality candidates, ensuring every interaction feels personal and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to signed offer.
• Develop and maintain a live pipeline of tech talent, enabling candidate presentation within 48 hours.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, setting a respectful, direct tone.
• Understand client tech stacks and culture to assess true fit beyond keyword matches.
• Track pipeline health, time‑to‑fill metrics, and provide data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in‑house.
• Proven ability to source candidates using Boolean search, referrals, community outreach, and proactive database outreach.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate stack and cultural fit, with patience to build lasting relationships.
