Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid) – Gravataí, Brazil

About the role

GM is transforming its operations and future mobility strategy. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work in a hybrid model, supporting hiring leaders to attract and onboard top talent for complex, high‑volume needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, strategic objectives, and required competencies.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, source and screen internal and external candidates, and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Attend HR and business function meetings, providing recruiting updates and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist in creating job descriptions that attract a well‑defined candidate pool.
• Train hiring leaders on interviewing and onboarding best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Insights and Recruitment Marketing to meet performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably high‑volume hiring.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of applicable employment law.
• Resilience, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication in English.
