Talent Acquisition Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer who will focus on recruiting for the IT area serving French‑speaking business lines. The role combines end‑to‑end recruitment activities with administrative support, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Receive recruitment requests from business lines and publish job ads on internal portals and external job boards.
• Source and pre‑select candidates through talent pools, job boards, and social media.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑selection interviews via video call or phone, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other internal stakeholders.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of young talent for short‑term and long‑term contracts.
• Coordinate pre‑boarding and onboarding processes, including contract data entry in IT systems.
• Generate and track recruitment activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with French legal regulations and Natixis corporate values throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken French; good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic banking environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR sourcing and pre‑selection best practices.
• Experience handling high‑volume recruitment administration, particularly for IT roles.
• Familiarity with French employment law and related compliance procedures.
