Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

This position is for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Portugal, reporting to a fast‑growing global organization. You will combine people leadership with hands‑on recruiting to drive high‑performing hiring outcomes and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a recruiter pod while actively participating in critical hiring initiatives.
• Translate talent acquisition strategy into clear priorities, goals, and actionable plans for the team.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to discuss performance, pipeline health, and career development.
• Review and improve sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, interview processes, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and address performance or team challenges in partnership with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruiting team or pod.
• Proven ability to manage personal recruiting workload while developing others.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing strategy to candidate experience.
