Supply & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

This position offers the chance to own global supply chain operations for hardware products in a fast‑growing, international environment. You will coordinate end‑to‑end product flow, working closely with manufacturers, logistics providers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the movement of hardware from manufacturers to distributors across multiple markets.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, coordinate production schedules and lead times.
• Oversee inventory activities, including stock allocation, partial deliveries and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate international logistics with freight forwarders, carriers and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support distributors with order coordination, delivery updates and issue resolution.
• Handle the RMA process, track issues, work with manufacturers and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to guide purchasing decisions.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs and supply‑chain workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for scalability.
• Collaborate with commercial, finance and product teams to align objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing or related operations.
• Proven hands‑on experience working directly with manufacturers and managing purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of international supply‑chain logistics, inventory management and stock allocation.
• Experience coordinating international shipments with logistics providers and freight forwarders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP or Odoo.
