Project Delivery Specialist – French Fluent

About the role

Stratio is looking for a French‑fluent Project Delivery Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of its fleet‑health solutions for French‑speaking clients across Europe. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring projects move from kickoff to steady‑state operation smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and lock down technical information before deployment.
• Manage field teams, assign tasks, track progress, and maintain clear communication both internally and with clients.
• Organise onsite activities, ensure vehicle availability, and handle administrative compliance at client depots.
• Plan and execute logistics such as travel, accommodation, and material delivery for implementation teams.
• Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with Stratio’s quality standards, and monitor project budgets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external installation partners, evaluating performance and guaranteeing consistent installation quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, operations, account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Experience coordinating people, sites, or equipment in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent French (C1) and functional English (minimum B1).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to bring structure to chaotic situations.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
