Market Supply Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

Join Danone as a Market Supply Manager, acting as the primary link between the market and centralized supply planning teams. You will ensure product availability, maintain service levels, and support the launch of new products within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the weekly Market S&OE process, aligning Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate supply, inventory and service risks.
• Coordinate allocation processes and manage capacity constraints.
• Monitor and implement mitigation plans for write‑offs, obsolescence and waste.
• Ensure operational readiness for product launches and portfolio changes.
• Resolve critical supply situations by mobilising stakeholders and driving fast decisions.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the Supply Chain.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into concrete actions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
