CIM Supply Chain Professional – Porto, Portugal

About the role

As a member of the Supply Chain Risk & Resilience team, you will develop and implement CIM supply chain planning solutions within SIOP, ensuring high availability by prioritising and securing capacity for materials impacted by CIM cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern CIM planning within SIOP, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead platform‑wise meetings with CIM project managers, technical teams and SBUs.
• Provide fact‑based supply‑chain performance insights on CIM cases from a cost perspective.
• Align demand vs. supply plans with stakeholders across CIM, procurement, buying, engineering and logistics.
• Coordinate task‑force meetings for critical CIM cases, defining risk‑mitigation actions and communicating to leadership.
• Ensure high availability, low LPF and optimal inventory levels for CIM‑relevant materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of supply‑chain experience in a global organisation, preferably within SIOP/S&OP.
• Strong analytical proficiency and ability to work with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across all business levels.
• Commercial understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain dynamics.
