Spanish-Speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to join a global digital advertising leader in Lisbon. You will help business advertisers troubleshoot technical issues, guide them through the platform, and provide optimisation insights to ensure a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Diagnose campaign, platform tool, and product feature issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering teams to resolve queries.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience from day one.
• Meet productivity, SLA and case‑handling standards.
• Educate advertisers on features, best practices and common issues.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout each case.
• Share insights, trends and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level Spanish with good English (around B2).
• Basic understanding of online campaigns and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in online advertising.
• Previous customer‑support or contact‑center experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Degree in Marketing or related field is helpful but not mandatory.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset and willingness to learn.
