Sourcing Specialist - Fleet & Travel

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist will support the Fleet & Travel function by managing sourcing and contracting activities that ensure optimal price, quality and continuity of services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive cost‑effective solutions while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities using best‑practice methodologies to meet quality, delivery and total cost of ownership targets.
• Lead contract reviews, negotiate commercial clauses and coordinate with legal to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Prepare regular spend analysis reports, identify trends and flag out‑of‑policy expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to request quotes, manage the contract lifecycle and resolve supply disruptions.
• Document processes through SOPs to promote knowledge sharing and standardisation.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all procurement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in purchasing or sourcing, preferably in fleet, travel or related services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) and other ERP systems.
• S2P platforms such as Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and the broader Office suite.
• Experience with spend‑analysis and savings‑tracking tools.
