FP&A Senior Coordinator

About the role

Powerdot is building a European network of electric‑vehicle chargers and needs a senior finance professional to turn data into strategic insight. As the FP&A Senior Coordinator you will own the financial planning process, track performance and support key investment decisions that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and presentation of accurate financial planning and analysis for core business categories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and financial performance metrics, regularly compare actual results with budgeted targets and deliver actionable insights.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, especially forecasting Capex, with regular interaction with senior management including the CEO and founders.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards and presentations for executive leadership, communicating insights clearly.
• Support the investment team with ad‑hoc analysis, scenario modelling and financial evaluation for strategic initiatives, investments and fundraising.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Detail‑oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Based in Lisbon and comfortable with a hybrid work model (four days onsite, one remote).
• Passion for sustainable mobility and the expansion of Europe’s EV infrastructure.
